What is your current position at GAMMA Sports?

I am the Customer Care Specialist.

How long have you been with GAMMA?

8 months

How did you come to work with GAMMA?

I saw a job posting and the company seemed innovative and interesting.

What’s your favorite part of working at GAMMA?

There is lots of team work to get things done and it is a positive atmosphere.

Before coming to GAMMA, what did you do before?

Graphic Designer and Customer Service

Where did you grow up? Are you a native Pittsburgher?

I grew up in Harrison City outside of the city and have always been a Pittsburgher!

Where did you go to college and what was your major?

I went to California University of Pennsylvania and I was a Graphic Design major.

Do you have a favorite piece of creative that you have made for GAMMA?

I made a 2-page spread for Pickleball Magazine. It is always cool to se your work in something that you know lots of others will see.

Aside from graphic design, do you do any other artsy things?

I like to paint with watercolor or acrylic.

Do you play pickleball or tennis?

I am a beginner in pickleball, but I have never played tennis.

We hear you have a pretty cute dog! What’s his name? What kind of dog is he? What’s your favorite thing to do with him?

I may be biased, but I have the best dog. His name is Tyrion, he is a box lab (a boxador) and he is a little over a year old. He got his name from a scar on his face that he was born with that resembled a Game of Throne character. I love to take him to the part and watch him run, and we also taught him a lot of fun tricks.

What is something that you like to do in your free time?

Kayaking or anything on the water.

Where’s your favorite place in the area to go kayaking?

North Park, if i’m looking to just relax, or my friends and I like to float down the Connoquenessing Creek up by Zelienople.

If you had one day to do whatever you wanted, what would you do?

I would probably check out a new brewery or winery.

What’s one piece of advice you wish someone had shared with you when you were younger?

Take your education a little more seriously.
