Good feel

"I enjoyed the touch you get with the string"

Smooth, amazing tension retention nonetheless.

"Smooth, amazing tension retention nonetheless. Very good string with both of these conflicting options at the same time."

Swing big with confidence.

". I'm a 5. 0 male player who likes to hit heavy groundstrokes. My normal setup for the past year has been the Wilson Blade 98 V8 strung with Pro's Pro Blackout (mains) and Red Devil (crosses) at 50lbs. For the test I put Sapphire in the mains and experienced an increase in feel, pocketing, spin, and control while having an overall sensation of being able to swing bigger with confidence. I haven't used the Sapphire long enough to comment on durability but at this point it's looking like I've found a new setup. Fantastic string, Gamma!!!"

Follow up review - Way better than expected

"I wanted to give a follow up one month after my initial stringing and review posting. The ping sound I mentioned in my first review went away after a couple hours of hitting. Now that the sound is gone I am extremely happy with this string and will be switching to it for my main. I have got fellow coaches in the area to try it and they are all switching as well. We love the idea that it is biodegradable but also plays just as well as any other poly we have tried. What is most impressive is its lasting ability, normally my strings start to move around at the 10 hour mark but these have been on the racket all month and only show minimal wear. I will likely be restringing these due to tension loss over length of time rather than because they are on the verge of breaking. Other coaches in the area I had try are experiencing the same thing. We are encouraging all our more advanced students to switch."

Solid String

"I recently purchased and strung on a Volkl PB10. I hit big hits and like putting lots of different spin. I noticed that is had a bit less spin than my usual string (which is a big spin string) but did give me more feel. I enjoyed hitting with it and love the color. I am considering making it a string I offer to the kids I coach because I like that it is biodegradable and not super expensive. My only dislike about it was the sound it made on impact. I use a vibration dampener and normally the strings I've hit with give a solid pop/thud sound, these gave a ping sound which I did not enjoy."
