30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your GAMMA product you may return items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt.
The 30-Day Guarantee provides a refund; exchanges are not available.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in 'like-new' condition, showing only minimal use consistent with evaluating the product. Items that have been significantly used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories are not eligible for return and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We trust our customers to use this policy fairly and reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items upon receipt.
- Apparel must be new, unworn and unwashed.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
- Blem paddles are final sale and not eligible for returns or warranty.
- Stringing Machines are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from refund.
- Additional limitations may apply. Final determinations made by GAMMA Sports.

Start a Warranty Claim
GAMMA products are covered against manufacturing defects; warranty terms vary by product category. The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It is not assignable and does not extend to any subsequent owner, user, or recipient of the EQUIPMENT. Warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized or third-party resellers.
Warranty claims must include documentation confirming both the date and location of the purchase.
Customer may be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
Additional restrictions may apply. GAMMA Sports reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, user modifications, or unauthorized alterations

GAMMA LIMITED WARRANTY BY PRODUCT CATEGORY
Paddle Limited Warranty
GAMMA pickleball paddles and padel racquets are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
Edgeguard wear, core breakdown, delamination, fading graphics, surface scratches and ball marks are considered normal wear and aging and are not covered under this limited warranty.
Court Equipment Limited Warranty
GAMMA court equipment is guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
Apparel & Accessories Limited Warranty
GAMMA and GAMMA Padel apparel and accessories are covered by a 90-Day limited warranty. Non-conformance with GAMMA's material and workmanship specifications (e.g. faulty zippers, stitching imperfections, etc.) is covered.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, fading colors are excluded.
