GAMMA Stringing Machines Warranty
GAMMA Sports ("GAMMA") warrants to the original purchaser that any of its stringing machines ("EQUIPMENT") is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase for mechanical parts (excluding electrical components and string clamps), and for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase for all electrical components and string clamps.
Warranty Coverage Should any defects develop under normal use within the specified time periods, GAMMA will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective EQUIPMENT, provided it is returned to GAMMA prepaid at the purchaser's expense. GAMMA's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective EQUIPMENT only. No representative of GAMMA is authorized to promise any other liability in connection with this warranty. GAMMA shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the EQUIPMENT.
Proof of Purchase Required Proof of original purchase — in the form of an original receipt or invoice — is required for all warranty claims. Warranty does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized or third-party sellers. Warranty claims submitted without valid proof of purchase will not be honored. Please retain your original receipt for the duration of the warranty period.
Non-Transferable This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It is not assignable and does not extend to any subsequent owner, user, or recipient of the EQUIPMENT.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover This warranty does not apply to any damage or defect caused by:
- Negligence, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized alteration
- Damage sustained during shipping not promptly reported
- Normal part wear and tear (including cosmetic damage) resulting from use
- Service or repair performed by anyone other than an authorized GAMMA service representative
- Altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers
Routine maintenance, adjustment, and cleaning required to ensure proper operation are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not covered under this warranty, including but not limited to String Clamp Adjustments, Tension Calibrations, Tensioner Brake Adjustments, and Clamp Base Locking Nut Adjustments.
Voiding This Warranty This warranty is void if the EQUIPMENT has been serviced or repaired by anyone other than an authorized GAMMA service representative, or if the original serial number has been altered, damaged, or removed.
Serial Number The EQUIPMENT's serial number must be provided on all warranty claims. GAMMA reserves the right to verify the serial number against purchase records and to decline warranty service on any unit for which a valid serial number cannot be confirmed.
Warranty Claim Procedure To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must:
- Contact GAMMA customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#)
- Provide proof of original purchase and the EQUIPMENT serial number at the time of the request
- If the equipment requires a return, GAMMA Customer Service will provide specific instructions at the time of the claim
- If a return is required, mark the RA# clearly on the outside of the return shipping carton
- Ship the EQUIPMENT prepaid to GAMMA in its original, undamaged packaging
By submitting a warranty claim, GAMMA does not guarantee the claim will be covered.
GAMMA will not be responsible for EQUIPMENT that is not returned in its original packaging or that arrives damaged due to improper packaging. GAMMA reserves the right to inspect all returned EQUIPMENT and to make the final determination as to whether damage or defect falls within the scope of thiswarranty.
GAMMA will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace defective EQUIPMENT in a timely manner but makes no guarantee as to repair or replacement turnaround time.
Governing Law This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
